It's a sad song with pretty insightful lyrics. Emotions run high in this song; it's full of frustration and a childish perception of love. Marvelous song, if there ever was one. I love the way Billy can sound so sad, and how he manages to drag those notes out so long. Phew.

I'll bet anything that this song won't sound half as good if Billy didn't sing it. As beautiful as the music is, what really makes it good is Billy's emotion and voice that is captured in this song. It's fabulous!!

Billy did an awesome job with this song. Everytime I hear it I think of my parents and when they divorced. I can feel the passion in Billy's voice which gives me a feeling of longing. Why can't we all just love and never "run out" of love? Why can't it last forever, is what the words are asking.

I absolutely LOVE this song! the words and meaning are powerful and Billy does a great job with it!
