Some people might not think about what really matter but i guess there really are things that matter...

I think the title of this song speaks for itself. It tells us that we should all be thankful for what we have been blessed with, and not dwell on the things we don't have. Another classic song on the album.

"About Things That Matter" is a mediocre song. I don't like the way the first line of the chorus ("It matters, it matters, oh, it matters") is written so draggily (for the lack of a better description). The rest of the song was sung well, but it certainly wasn't an exceptional song.

To me when he is singing "It Matters" this song really shows that you're important. People don't think that they are important. Some people keep there mouth shut about things when they really need to get it out. This song would be really encouraging to talk about people how you feel. It's funny because when we're children we're innocent and then we're brought up into this world and our eyes are open to what it really is. No one likes to face that. We need to be gentle, have trust, and compassion towards others. How will the world survive if we don't?

I love this song so much. It is one of my favorite songs off this album..come to think of it they are all my favorite because Billy sings them and Mattie wrote them ...love ya Billy!
