1. All decisions made by BillyHeads staff members are final.
2. Falsely representing yourself as a member of the BillyHeads staff to any source is prohibited. Contacting any entity in the name of the BillyHeads website or staff without prior permission is also prohibited unless you are given prior permission from an administrator.
3. Only one username is allowed per person. If you register a new name for any reason, PM a staff member and indicate which name you wish to keep and which should be deleted. Please keep in mind, your chosen username must be appropriate and may be subject to staff approval.
4. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account. If your computer is for family use, or you have friends or siblings around who may like to cause mischief on your behalf, log out before you leave the computer unattended. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
5. Impersonating Billy, his family, managers, crew, band, record company or anybody associated with him, or impersonating any other members of the community, either by word, name or deed, is prohibited.
6. Giving out personal information about Billy Gilman or any other person without their prior permission is prohibited.
7. Posts containing slanderous, malicious, or offensive messages, or posts which otherwise disrupt the ideal functioning of the message board, are prohibited.
8. Posts should be made in the forum in which they most appropriately belong. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions page for a description of each forum.
9. Coarse language and personal attacks will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing, patronizing, bullying, harassing or discriminatory posts or private messages.
10. Using this message board for commercial advertising will not be allowed. Such content will be determined solely by the staff.
11. Repeatedly posting the same or similar content or posting any identical message in more than one forum is not prohibited.
12. "Bumping" a thread--posting to it with no intention other than to move it to the top of the forum list--is not allowed.
13. Conversational posts are prohibited. Instant Messaging, Private Messages, emails or the chat room are excellent places for personal conversations.
14. The spirit and terms of all conditions set forth in the Terms Of Service shall be enforced.
